Very reliable service. The employees are very friendly and professional. My car is in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Honest, accurate estimates... they are good at communicating with the customer if additional work needs to be done to the car. Another bonus is that they make referrals to other shops if the car needs work that they don't do... all the places they have referred me to have been great as well, so I know that they trustworthy.
I would suggest making an appointment (and showing up on time) because they can get pretty busy.

When they found they didn't have the tires I needed in stock, they called around, found two different brands that would work, explained the pros and cons of each, helped me make the best selection, and had them delivered and installed in just a few hours.
They even offer free tire rotation and balancing for the life of the tires, recommended every 5,000 miles.

My Problem: Popped the back-right tire on my truck, was on the spare.
Secondary Problem: My tires are worn out.
Solution: Go to Stokes, friendly service, 30 minutes, 4 new tires, computed alignment, and the spare service and back in the hatch. Not expensive either.

I started calling around for a replacement tire for my Honda Civic, without much luck, and then remembered Stokes where I had gone for a damaged tire replacement 10 years ago. One call to them solved everything. They offered to do the calling around to find the tire, called back when they found it, and called back again when it had been delivered to them that afternoon. I took my car over and 17 minutes later, the new balanced tire was on the car and ready to go. Jack said he was sorry it took so long. Very funny. These folks are so good; I wish I could give them 6 stars.

I use Stokes Tire Pros for all my car tire issues. They are very professional and efficient. My guess is they are not the cheapest in town but nor are they the most expensive. I have never had a bad experience with them. I just got my wheel alignment done there for $75. They do have discount tires.

An honest, efficient place to take your car if you need new tires. They won't replace what you don't need (unlike some places who just try to sell you more), and are quick about it. They know what they are doing!

Service at Stokes is 2nd to none, which is AMAZING for a tire shop. All staff are well educated, and they always provide services with a smile. Ron & Alberto took the time to explain in detail what was going on and why they recommended what they did. I had some beautiful rims installed (with new tires), and the price came out almost $100.00 cheaper than purchasing on-line (& the price included having the tires put on, and the alignment). Ron recommended some wheels for my rims, which were the CHEAPEST ones (price-wise) that they offered. He told me that with the conditions I drive in, and the mileage I put on my car, there was really no benefit to getting more expensive tires. Now how's that for honesty? On the particular day I was getting my wheels put on (a BUSY Saturday), I saw about 5 very satisfied customers who were 1) greeted with a smile, 2) explained thoroughly the issue they had, and 3) had their issue resolved and left with a smile. It made me very happy to be in that kind of environment. Highly recommended!

10/04 - I bought 17 wheels/tires online and went to Stokes for mounting/balancing. I was helped by Jon Stokes himself. The service was good and professional. However, Jon didn't hesitate to charge $100 for the service. A little pricey. I'd expect to pay between $60-80, especially since there's no disposal fee as I took my old tires/rims home. So... pro job, but you pay for it.
